Andrew Huffer is the founder of Andrew Huffer and Associates, an independent facilitation and stakeholder engagement consultancy based in Perth, WA. Since 2000 he has run more than 1,500 workshops for government agencies, industry bodies and regional organisations across Australia, and currently serves as Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Oceania. His approach is direct and practical, helping groups work through real disagreement to reach decisions they can act on.
