Facilitation

Sheep Industry Business Innovation Forum. State-wide workshop to identify project progress and gain industry feedback re future directions. (Department of Agriculture and Food WA.)

Environment Priorities Workshop - Team workshop to identify environment objectives, targets and indicators for the Environment Branch, aligned with their EMS obligations. (Main Roads WA.)

Future Business Models. Facilitation of board and program leaders workshops to identify options for sustainable business models for rural leadership programs. (Victorian Rural Community Leadership Program.)

Australian Dairy Leaders Alumni Summit. National gathering of leaders from across the Australian dairy industry. Provided input during the planning process. Design and facilitation of interactive, speaker, panel and workshop sessions. Conducted program debrief with planning team. (Gardiner Foundation.)

Community engagement

Community feedback on management plan for the Lower Vasse River and Toby Inlet. Facilitation of community forums to provide input into the development of an integrated management plan for local waterways. (City of Busselton.)

Input into the Wyndham-East Kimberley Strategic Community Plan. Design, facilitation and reporting of community forum to provide input into Shire’s Strategic Community Plan. (Shire of Wyndham-East Kimberley).

Citizens Jury on Nuclear Waste. Member of facilitation team throughout the six day deliberation process of 350 jurors to provide recommendations to the South Australian government re the storage and disposal of nuclear waste. (Democracy Co.)

Independent Facilitator, Stakeholder Reference Group. Facilitation of stakeholder engagement workshops to provide input into the review of the Long Term Residue Management Strategy at the Pinjarra refinery. (ALCOA)

Training and Coaching

‘Mastering Facilitation.’ Three day program in advanced facilitation for staff of the Navy Leadership and Culture Development Directorate.

‘Interacting for Influence and Designing for Success.’  Two day program to assist participants to understand group and personal dynamics in order to increase their capacity to influence. Held for the Department of Agriculture and Food WA.

‘Communication Skills.'  Half day workshops to improve internal and external client communication skills. Held for the City of Karratha.

'Effective Presentations.' Half-day workshop to understand audience needs, build your message and nail the presentation. Held for the Bushfire and Natural Hazards Cooperative Research Centre.

‘Growing your Facilitation Skills.’ Two six-module professional development programs for a range of staff within Fremantle Ports. (Australian winner of the 2015 IAF Global Facilitation Impact Award)
