Measuring effectiveness of engagement processes is a clue question: Has the process achieved its goals?

Hi Jordi – having the process achieve its goals is a great outcome for any engagement process. I think having some measures (and clues) to chart progress along the way is just as important, along with the ability to identify some lessons learnt and new opportunities.

      Thanks for getting in touch!
