Contracting with Clients

This was a session run by the magnificent Mary Maher at the Australasian Facilitators Network conference last week. I’ll share some insights next week.

Let’s start with the client’s attitude to the workshop participants and the questions we should consider:
a. Are they valued?
b. What’s the match between client and participant expectations?
c. Can the client articulate participant expectations?
d. How open and timely is the information flow to participants?

What’s been your experience with this? How have you managed it?

PS – keep an eye out for your next newsletter, coming out on Friday!
